Admins can now control report settings through the company dashboard, ensuring uniform settings for accurate reports and precise estimates.
Access Solar Report Data / Savings Calculator
Admins can log in to the Hero portal and navigate to the team dashboard > Settings > Solar Calculator. From there, the Solar Calculator allows you to update the following:
- Savings Estimate: The headline displayed on the first slide of the Solar Preview.

Target Offset: The target amount of energy that the solar PV system will offset with respect to the total amount of energy that the home uses.
- Price Per Watt: The target amount of energy that the solar PV system will offset with respect to the total amount of energy that the home uses.
- Rate Escalator: The assumed increase in utility energy prices over time.

Financing APR & Term Length: The APR & term length of the loan that the provider wishes to use.

Max System Size: The maximum system size that can be recommended to the homeowner.
- Calendar URL: Set appointments, add a link to a scheduling app like Calendly or Chilipiper
