Invite Reps & Team Managers to Hero

Invite and track all team members using Hero in the Portal

To start using your Hero Portal: Visit and log in using the same credentials you use to login to the Hero app. 

As a Hero Admin, you can get real-time visibility into your team’s performance and data through the Hero Portal. This helps you manage your team, optimize sales strategies, and address bottlenecks by getting a bird’s eye view of how your team is performing.

Add Users to Hero

  1. Login to the Hero Portal.
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Invite Members.
  4. Add a Name and Email.
  5. Select a Role for the team member. 
  6. Click Save

Adding multiple users in a row? 

Select the Invite Another checkbox to keep the invite screen open after you click send.
